I'm going mental here.I want to open a support ticket about some issues with my Online Exchange account.Everything I read says I can submit a ticket and get email or phone based support, but when I follow the instructions the only option I get is for them to contact me via phone with the "Let us call you" option.It is so much harder trying to explain a complicated issue over the phone to someone, especially when English may be their second language. I would much rather deal with them via email or live chat.Can anyone advise how I can submit a query other than "Let us call you"?
