Hi One of my little passions is supporting a community group by building theater sets. Each production has different people involved and is run almost like a mini company but disbands after each show. As we step up from amateur to pro, we have to seek funding from other organisations and it's always a good idea to show the workings when asking for money or at least show the money went someplace. I am looking for something like SharePoint but with Project Management aspects (Gantt charts, WBS). The whole shebang should be clientless and require only a web browser and be suitbale for non-technical use. The provider needs to tolerate new users and have some kind of public view on selected documents such that I can give the sponsors access to progress reports and restrict the workings, project files, chats etc between the cast and crew only. It should be possible to share documents and pics as well as all the intellectual input of a project between people that are authenticated or public as need be. At the end of the theater production, a report on all the manhours, costs, contacts etc should be reported such that non-technical offline record keeping can be possible but also such that a neat summary can be presented to the show's sponsors for their records. The end goal is to quantify completely the actual cost of the production in terms of dollars and manhours (we are mostly volunteers and need to quantify our costs if we become pro). Any recommendations? Sharepoint is good, but no project management built in. Project management software I have seen does not allow for attachments and is usually not designed like this. I dont think we have budget for Project server but that can be arranges if this is simplet o setup and manage (and does not require a CAL)... I could employ somebody to build something from scratch, but I really am tied for time and would prefer to pay a few $$$s to make it easy and uncomplicated. Unless this is a new gap in the market that has been identified, in which case, I'll exploit it - but lets see what's out there first. Many thanks for your relative and positive input. Gund
