I just need a little help with getting my head around Office 365. I'm helping some family update/add to their mobiles/tablets/PCs setup and also get them off their ISP provided email address. They're basically a couple with their own PCs, tablets etc. One is semi-retired and still does some work from home. At first glance office 365 home premium coupled together with an outlook.com email address each seems like a good fit. The mutiple licenses will cover their office computing needs and outlook/skydrive cover their email and cloud storage. They also travel a little bit sometimes with limited internet access but it's my understanding that the office suite is still useable offline. It would be great for them to be able to share their calendars etc "Keep the family organized. Stay in sync with Outlook email, shared calendars, and task-list tools" is a line on the home premium site. What's the difference then with Small Business Premium? They would have to get 2 licences at $199.20 each, it has shared calendars as one of it's features? Would what I had planned with Home Premium/outlook email be sufficient for the 2 of them? I'm thinking the advantage with the Small Business Premium email is that you can use your own domain and it has the 99.9% uptime gurantee etc with 24/7 phone support. Seems a little overkill in their situation.
